- Delivery will be made to the address stated in the order, Madame Hair does not take responsibility for delay in delivery due to postal strikes or any loss in transit. Once shipped the customer assumes full responsibility of the order.Prior to shipping, we reserve the right to decline, reject or similarly cancel any order or part order without notice and refund any payment in full. Any dates or times specified by us for delivery of the products are intended to be estimates only and time of delivery shall not be of the essence, and shall not be made of the essence by notice.

- Returns & Replacements
- If customers are not completely satisfied goods purchased from Madame Hair may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery using a reliable courier service, this responsibility lies with the customer.All goods must be contained in its original packaging and must be unopened and unworn.Please contact us beforehand to inform us. If the goods are faulty or the mistake lies with us the goods will be returned to us and we will re-send the correct order at no cost to the customer.
- Ordering
- All goods will remain in our possession until payment has been received. We shall endeavor that all orders are met within the time period estimated. So far as we hold all order information orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being confirmed and are normally delivered within 1-3 days within UK mainland and 7 days overseas. We shall not be held responsible for any delays encountered by the delivery courier or should you not be at home to receive your order nor collect from the courier within the designated timescale.If you wish to cancel an order you must do so in writing and within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
